  • 200 g Fresh salmon (sashimi grade)
  • 1/2 piece Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 stalk(s) Green onion
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Method

  1. Cut salmon into small cubes.
  2. Dice the avocado into cubes as well.
  3. Toss with lime juice, soy sauce and green onion.
  4. Shape with a mold, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
