- 200 g Fresh salmon (sashimi grade)
- 1/2 piece Avocado
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 stalk(s) Green onion
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
Method
- Cut salmon into small cubes.
- Dice the avocado into cubes as well.
- Toss with lime juice, soy sauce and green onion.
- Shape with a mold, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
