Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Large shrimp, peeled
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 8 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 Dried red chili
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
- for serving Lemon wedges
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat olive oil in a small skillet or cazuela over medium heat.
- Add garlic slices and chilies. Sizzle 1 minute until garlic is light golden.
- Turn heat to high. Add shrimp and paprika.
- Cook 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Garnish with parsley. Serve sizzling with lemon wedges and the garlic oil.
