Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Large shrimp, peeled
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 8 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 Dried red chili
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • for serving Lemon wedges
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet or cazuela over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic slices and chilies. Sizzle 1 minute until garlic is light golden.
  3. Turn heat to high. Add shrimp and paprika.
  4. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Garnish with parsley. Serve sizzling with lemon wedges and the garlic oil.
