Ingredients
- 100 g marinated anchovy
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Method
- Peel and thinly slice the 3 cloves of garlic.
- Arrange the 100 g of marinated anchovy in a single layer on a serving plate.
- Scatter the sliced garlic evenly over the anchovies.
- Drizzle the 1 tbsp of vinegar and 2 tbsp of olive oil over the anchovies and garlic.
- Finish by sprinkling the 1 tbsp of chopped parsley over the dish and allow the flavors to meld at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
