Ingredients

  • 100 g marinated anchovy
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Method

  1. Peel and thinly slice the 3 cloves of garlic.
  2. Arrange the 100 g of marinated anchovy in a single layer on a serving plate.
  3. Scatter the sliced garlic evenly over the anchovies.
  4. Drizzle the 1 tbsp of vinegar and 2 tbsp of olive oil over the anchovies and garlic.
  5. Finish by sprinkling the 1 tbsp of chopped parsley over the dish and allow the flavors to meld at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
