Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan, shredded
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chili crisp (optional)
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Halve Brussels sprouts, toss with olive oil, salt and red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan, roast 20-25 min until charred.
  4. Top with parmesan and chili crisp right out of the oven.
