Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/3 cup Parmesan, shredded
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp Chili crisp (optional)
- to taste Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Halve Brussels sprouts, toss with olive oil, salt and red pepper flakes.
- Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan, roast 20-25 min until charred.
- Top with parmesan and chili crisp right out of the oven.
