  • 300 g Spinach (frozen, thawed)
  • 120 g Cream cheese
  • 4 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • to taste Salt and nutmeg

Method

  1. Squeeze all water out of the spinach.
  2. Mix with cream cheese, eggs and Parmesan.
  3. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40-45 min until puffed.
