  • 2 adet (200 g each) Tenderloin/striploin
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Cook steak on high heat for 3-4 min per side, let rest.
  2. Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter in the same pan.
  3. Add cream and cook for 3-4 min until thickened.
  4. Drizzle sauce over the steak and serve.
