Ingredients
- 2 adet (200 g each) Tenderloin/striploin
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 3 clove(s) Garlic
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook steak on high heat for 3-4 min per side, let rest.
- Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter in the same pan.
- Add cream and cook for 3-4 min until thickened.
- Drizzle sauce over the steak and serve.
