- 200 g Almonds
- 2 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 piece(s) Egg white(s)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
- Whisk egg white until frothy.
- Coat almonds in the egg white.
- Sprinkle the erythritol, cinnamon and salt mixture over them, toss to coat.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 min, stirring occasionally.
