Ingredients

  • 200 g Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 piece(s) Egg white(s)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Whisk egg white until frothy.
  3. Coat almonds in the egg white.
  4. Sprinkle the erythritol, cinnamon and salt mixture over them, toss to coat.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 min, stirring occasionally.
