Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 Green onion, sliced
Method
- Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, erythritol, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Pat salmon dry. Sear skin-side up in a hot skillet 4 minutes.
- Flip, pour teriyaki sauce around the fish.
- Cook 4-5 minutes, spooning sauce over salmon until glazed.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve with steamed broccoli.
