Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 Green onion, sliced

Method

  1. Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, erythritol, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Pat salmon dry. Sear skin-side up in a hot skillet 4 minutes.
  3. Flip, pour teriyaki sauce around the fish.
  4. Cook 4-5 minutes, spooning sauce over salmon until glazed.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve with steamed broccoli.
