  • 500 g Ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic
  • 3 piece(s) Green onion
  • 1 small Carrot, julienned
  • 8 piece(s) Lettuce leaves
  • for garnish Fresh cilantro and peanuts

Method

  1. Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil for 30 sec.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook, breaking into pieces.
  3. Add soy sauce, carrots and green onion, cook 3 min.
  4. Divide among lettuce leaves.
  5. Serve with cilantro and crushed peanuts.
