- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
- 3 piece(s) Green onion
- 1 small Carrot, julienned
- 8 piece(s) Lettuce leaves
- for garnish Fresh cilantro and peanuts
Method
- Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil for 30 sec.
- Add ground chicken and cook, breaking into pieces.
- Add soy sauce, carrots and green onion, cook 3 min.
- Divide among lettuce leaves.
