Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned tuna, drained
- 2 Ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Red onion, diced
- 1 stalk Celery, diced
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Everything bagel seasoning
Method
- Mix tuna, mayo, mustard, red onion, celery, and lemon juice.
- Halve avocados and remove pits.
- Scoop out a bit of avocado flesh to make room. Mix scooped flesh into tuna.
- Fill each avocado half with tuna salad.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
