Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned tuna, drained
  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, diced
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Everything bagel seasoning

Method

  1. Mix tuna, mayo, mustard, red onion, celery, and lemon juice.
  2. Halve avocados and remove pits.
  3. Scoop out a bit of avocado flesh to make room. Mix scooped flesh into tuna.
  4. Fill each avocado half with tuna salad.
  5. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
