Ingredients

  • 2 medium Bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned tuna, drained
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp Dill pickles, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and ribs.
  2. In a bowl, mix tuna, mayo, mustard, pickles, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon tuna salad evenly into each bell pepper half.
  4. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
