Ingredients
- 2 medium Bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned tuna, drained
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp Dill pickles, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Red onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and ribs.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayo, mustard, pickles, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon tuna salad evenly into each bell pepper half.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
