  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • 1 small Jalapeño, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna with lime juice and red onion. Let marinate 5 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in cilantro, jalapeño, tomatoes, and avocado.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
