Ingredients
- 12 leaves Belgian endive leaves, separated
- 1 can (5 oz) Canned tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Capers, drained
- 1 tsp Nigella seeds
- to taste Black pepper
Method
- Trim base of endive heads and separate into individual leaves. Wash and pat dry.
- Mix tuna, mayo, lemon juice, capers, and pepper.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of tuna salad into the cup of each endive leaf.
- Sprinkle with nigella seeds.
- Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
