Ingredients

  • 12 leaves Belgian endive leaves, separated
  • 1 can (5 oz) Canned tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Capers, drained
  • 1 tsp Nigella seeds
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. Trim base of endive heads and separate into individual leaves. Wash and pat dry.
  2. Mix tuna, mayo, lemon juice, capers, and pepper.
  3. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of tuna salad into the cup of each endive leaf.
  4. Sprinkle with nigella seeds.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
