Ingredients
- 16 Large cherry tomatoes
- 1 can (5 oz) Canned tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup Cheddar, shredded
- 1 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Slice tops off cherry tomatoes and scoop out seeds with a small spoon.
- Mix tuna, mayo, mustard, half the chives, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon tuna salad into each tomato. Top with shredded cheddar.
- Bake 5 minutes until cheese is melted and tomatoes warmed.
- Garnish with remaining chives and serve.
