  • 2 Large whole dill pickles
  • 1 can (5 oz) Canned tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. Slice pickles in half lengthwise.
  2. Use a small spoon to scoop out the seedy center, creating a hollow trough.
  3. Pat insides dry with paper towels to remove extra brine.
  4. Mix tuna, mayo, red onion, dill, lemon juice, and pepper.
  5. Spoon tuna salad generously into each pickle half.
