  • 1/4 piece Bell pepper
  • a handful Spinach
  • 3-4 adet Mushrooms
  • 30 g White cheese (feta-style)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Method

  1. Dice vegetables small and saute in olive oil for 3 min.
  2. Pour beaten eggs over the top.
  3. When edges are set, sprinkle with cheese and fold in half.
