  • 150 g beef suya
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 piece avocado
  • 1 piece lime

Method

  1. Slice the beef suya into thin strips and set aside, allowing the spiced meat to rest at room temperature while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
  2. Wash and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, then arrange them as a base layer in a large salad bowl.
  3. Dice the tomatoes and avocado into even chunks, then halve and thinly slice the onion into rings.
  4. Heat a grill pan over high heat and sear the beef suya strips for approximately 2 minutes per side until the edges are lightly charred and heated through.
