- 150 g beef skewers
- 1 tsp suya spice
- 1 small onion
Method
- Soak the beef skewers in water for at least 10 minutes during prep time to prevent burning on the grill.
- Pat the beef dry and coat it thoroughly and evenly with the suya spice, pressing the spice into the meat to ensure full coverage.
- Allow the spice-coated beef to rest for the remaining prep time so the suya spice can penetrate the meat.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat and cook the beef skewers for approximately 3 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the exterior is charred and the beef is cooked through.
