Ingredients

  • 150 g beef skewers
  • 1 tsp suya spice
  • 1 small onion

Method

  1. Soak the beef skewers in water for at least 10 minutes during prep time to prevent burning on the grill.
  2. Pat the beef dry and coat it thoroughly and evenly with the suya spice, pressing the spice into the meat to ensure full coverage.
  3. Allow the spice-coated beef to rest for the remaining prep time so the suya spice can penetrate the meat.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat and cook the beef skewers for approximately 3 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the exterior is charred and the beef is cooked through.
