Ingredients

  • 300 g pork meatballs
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tbsp mint
  • 300 g fish sauce
  • 1 piece lime

Method

  1. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pork meatballs for approximately 20 to 22 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred on the outside and cooked through.
  2. While the pork meatballs cook, prepare the dipping sauce by combining fish sauce with freshly squeezed lime juice in a small bowl and stirring until well blended.
  3. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in individual serving bowls as the base of the dish.
  4. Once the pork meatballs are cooked, nestle them on top of the lettuce in each bowl.
  5. Scatter the fresh mint leaves over the pork meatballs and lettuce to finish assembling the bowls.
  6. Serve the dipping sauce alongside each bowl so that the pork meatballs and lettuce can be dipped before eating.
