Ingredients
- 150 g duck
- 30 g almond flour crepes
- 1 piece cucumber
- 1 small scallions
- 50 g hoisin (keto)
Method
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the duck for 6-7 minutes until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through, then slice thinly.
- Warm the almond flour crepes in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side until pliable and ready to fill.
- Slice the cucumber into thin matchsticks and chop the scallions into thin strips.
- Spread a thin layer of keto hoisin sauce onto each warm crepe.
- Arrange the crispy duck slices, cucumber matchsticks, and scallion strips on the crepes.
- Roll each crepe tightly and serve immediately while the duck is still warm.
