Ingredients

  • 150 g duck
  • 30 g almond flour crepes
  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 1 small scallions
  • 50 g hoisin (keto)

Method

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the duck for 6-7 minutes until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through, then slice thinly.
  2. Warm the almond flour crepes in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side until pliable and ready to fill.
  3. Slice the cucumber into thin matchsticks and chop the scallions into thin strips.
  4. Spread a thin layer of keto hoisin sauce onto each warm crepe.
  5. Arrange the crispy duck slices, cucumber matchsticks, and scallion strips on the crepes.
  6. Roll each crepe tightly and serve immediately while the duck is still warm.
