Ingredients

  • 300 g cauliflower base
  • 80 g mozzarella
  • 2 medium tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 50 g olives

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Press the 300 g cauliflower base evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust approximately 1 cm thick, then bake for 20 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
  3. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Scatter the 50 g olives over the tomato sauce, then sprinkle the 1 tsp basil evenly across the top.
  5. Distribute the 80 g mozzarella in an even layer over the pizza, ensuring full coverage of the toppings.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 23 minutes until the mozzarella is fully melted and bubbling with lightly browned edges.
  7. Allow the pizza to rest for 2 minutes before slicing into 4 portions and serving.
