Ingredients
- 300 g cauliflower base
- 80 g mozzarella
- 2 medium tomato sauce
- 1 tsp basil
- 50 g olives
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Press the 300 g cauliflower base evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust approximately 1 cm thick, then bake for 20 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Scatter the 50 g olives over the tomato sauce, then sprinkle the 1 tsp basil evenly across the top.
- Distribute the 80 g mozzarella in an even layer over the pizza, ensuring full coverage of the toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 23 minutes until the mozzarella is fully melted and bubbling with lightly browned edges.
- Allow the pizza to rest for 2 minutes before slicing into 4 portions and serving.
