Ingredients
- 150 g chicken gyros
- 1 cup lettuce
- 2 medium tomato
- 1 piece cucumber
- 80 g Feta cheese
- 50 g tzatziki
Method
- Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and cook the 150 g of chicken gyros for approximately 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and lightly charred at the edges.
- While the chicken rests, tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and arrange it as a base in a large salad bowl.
- Slice the 2 medium tomatoes and 1 cucumber into thin rounds and layer them evenly over the lettuce.
- Slice or shred the rested chicken gyros and distribute it over the vegetables.
- Crumble the 80 g of feta cheese generously over the top of the salad.
- Drizzle the 50 g of tzatziki over the entire salad just before serving and toss lightly at the table.
