Ingredients

  • 150 g chicken gyros
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 80 g Feta cheese
  • 50 g tzatziki

Method

  1. Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and cook the 150 g of chicken gyros for approximately 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and lightly charred at the edges.
  2. While the chicken rests, tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and arrange it as a base in a large salad bowl.
  3. Slice the 2 medium tomatoes and 1 cucumber into thin rounds and layer them evenly over the lettuce.
  4. Slice or shred the rested chicken gyros and distribute it over the vegetables.
  5. Crumble the 80 g of feta cheese generously over the top of the salad.
  6. Drizzle the 50 g of tzatziki over the entire salad just before serving and toss lightly at the table.
