- 2 tbsp masala sauce
- 30 g almond flour cover
- 100 ml heavy cream
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) to prepare for baking the pie.
- In an oven-safe dish, combine the chicken tikka and masala sauce, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
- Pour the heavy cream over the chicken tikka and masala mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the dish.
- Sprinkle the almond flour cover evenly over the top of the filling to form the pie crust layer.
- Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for 21 minutes, or until the almond flour crust is golden and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
- Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to rest for 2 minutes before serving hot directly from the dish.
