  • 300 g chicken tikka
  • 2 tbsp masala sauce
  • 30 g almond flour cover
  • 100 ml heavy cream

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) to prepare for baking the pie.
  2. In an oven-safe dish, combine the chicken tikka and masala sauce, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Pour the heavy cream over the chicken tikka and masala mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the dish.
  4. Sprinkle the almond flour cover evenly over the top of the filling to form the pie crust layer.
  5. Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for 21 minutes, or until the almond flour crust is golden and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
  6. Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to rest for 2 minutes before serving hot directly from the dish.
