- 1 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- pinch Salt
Method
- Mix melted butter and egg in a microwave-safe mug or ramekin.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Microwave on high 90 seconds.
- Turn out onto a cutting board. Let cool 1 minute.
