  • 3 tbsp Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • pinch Salt

Method

  1. Mix melted butter and egg in a microwave-safe mug or ramekin.
  2. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Microwave on high 90 seconds.
  4. Turn out onto a cutting board. Let cool 1 minute.
  5. Slice in half for sandwich bread or toast in a pan with butter.
