Ingredients

  • 1.25 lbs (565g) Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Pat shrimp dry; toss with melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 6-8 minutes, shaking once, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. Toss with lemon juice and parsley; serve immediately.
