- 2 lbs (900g) Chicken wings, split into flats and drums
- 1 tsp Baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced (or 1/4 cup hot sauce)
Method
- Pat wings completely dry — this is the key to crispiness.
- Toss with baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping every 8 minutes, until skin is deeply browned and crisp.
- Toss hot wings with melted butter and minced garlic — or your favorite buffalo sauce.
- Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dip.
