Ingredients

  • 10 Jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 8 oz (225g) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (55g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 10 Bacon strips, halved
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  2. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  3. Wrap each filled half with a half-strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until bacon is crisp and filling is bubbling.
  6. Cool 2 minutes — wear gloves when handling raw jalapeños and wash hands well.
