Ingredients
- 10 Jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 8 oz (225g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (55g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 10 Bacon strips, halved
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each filled half with a half-strip of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until bacon is crisp and filling is bubbling.
- Cool 2 minutes — wear gloves when handling raw jalapeños and wash hands well.
