- 1 cup (110g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan, grated
- pinch Black pepper
Method
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper (with holes).
- Mix cheddar and parmesan; place 1-tablespoon mounds 1 inch apart, flattening slightly.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 5-7 minutes until edges are golden and centers are bubbling.
- Cool 2-3 minutes on the parchment so they crisp up before lifting.
