Ingredients

  • 1 cup (110g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan, grated
  • pinch Black pepper

Method

  1. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper (with holes).
  2. Mix cheddar and parmesan; place 1-tablespoon mounds 1 inch apart, flattening slightly.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper.
  4. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 5-7 minutes until edges are golden and centers are bubbling.
  5. Cool 2-3 minutes on the parchment so they crisp up before lifting.
