Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup (33g) Parmesan, finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • pinch Red pepper flakes (optional)

Method

  1. Toss broccoli with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Spread in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until edges are charred.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan during the last 1-2 minutes so it melts but doesn't burn.
  5. Serve immediately while crisp.
