Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup (33g) Parmesan, finely grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- pinch Red pepper flakes (optional)
Method
- Toss broccoli with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until edges are charred.
- Sprinkle with parmesan during the last 1-2 minutes so it melts but doesn't burn.
- Serve immediately while crisp.
