Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs (565g) Ground beef (80/20)
- 1 Large egg
- 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan, finely grated
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Mix beef, egg, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley until just combined — don't overwork.
- Roll into 16 meatballs (about 1.5 inches each).
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket — leave space between them.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until browned and 160°F internal.
- Serve over zoodles, in marinara, or on their own.
