Ingredients

  • 1.25 lbs (565g) Ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan, finely grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Mix beef, egg, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley until just combined — don't overwork.
  2. Roll into 16 meatballs (about 1.5 inches each).
  3. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket — leave space between them.
  4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until browned and 160°F internal.
  5. Serve over zoodles, in marinara, or on their own.
