Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 3 slices (1 oz) Genoa salami
- 2 slices (0.7 oz) Prosciutto
- 1 slice (28g) Provolone cheese
- 5 Black olives, sliced
- 4 rings Peperoncini, sliced
- 1 tbsp Roasted red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Balsamic glaze (sugar-free)
- to taste Italian herbs, salt, pepper
Method
- Lay the wrap flat. Layer provolone, salami, and prosciutto down the center.
- Top with olives, peperoncini, roasted pepper, and arugula.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze; season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
