Ingredients

  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 3 slices (1 oz) Genoa salami
  • 2 slices (0.7 oz) Prosciutto
  • 1 slice (28g) Provolone cheese
  • 5 Black olives, sliced
  • 4 rings Peperoncini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Roasted red pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Balsamic glaze (sugar-free)
  • to taste Italian herbs, salt, pepper

Method

  1. Lay the wrap flat. Layer provolone, salami, and prosciutto down the center.
  2. Top with olives, peperoncini, roasted pepper, and arugula.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze; season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
