Ingredients

  • 4 (about 6 oz each) Chicken breasts
  • 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Cut a deep pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through.
  2. Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stuff each breast with the cream cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Brush chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
