Ingredients

  • 16 medium (400g) Cremini mushrooms, stems removed
  • 6 oz (170g) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (25g) Parmesan, finely grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method

  1. Wipe mushroom caps clean; remove stems and any gills.
  2. Mix cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, chives, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, mounding slightly.
  4. Arrange filled-side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes until tops are golden and mushrooms are tender.
  6. Cool 2 minutes before serving — the filling stays molten.
