Ingredients
- 16 medium (400g) Cremini mushrooms, stems removed
- 6 oz (170g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (25g) Parmesan, finely grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Method
- Wipe mushroom caps clean; remove stems and any gills.
- Mix cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, chives, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, mounding slightly.
- Arrange filled-side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes until tops are golden and mushrooms are tender.
- Cool 2 minutes before serving — the filling stays molten.
