Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Chicken thighs, sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Method
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Stir-fry chicken 4-5 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return chicken. Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar. Toss 1 minute.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
