- 2 Keto bread slices, toasted
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Large egg
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- pinch Flaky sea salt
Method
- Mash avocado with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper flakes.
- Fry the egg in butter over medium heat until whites set and yolk is still runny, 3 minutes.
- Spread avocado on the toasts, top with the fried egg, and finish with flaky salt.
