  • 2 Keto bread slices, toasted
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • pinch Flaky sea salt

Method

  1. Mash avocado with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper flakes.
  2. Fry the egg in butter over medium heat until whites set and yolk is still runny, 3 minutes.
  3. Spread avocado on the toasts, top with the fried egg, and finish with flaky salt.
