- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 small (60g) Avocado, ripe
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Everything-bagel seasoning
- pinch Salt
Method
- Smash avocado with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Melt butter over medium. Soft-scramble eggs 1-2 minutes.
- Spread avocado on the wrap; pile eggs.
- Sprinkle everything seasoning. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
