  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 small (60g) Avocado, ripe
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Everything-bagel seasoning
  • pinch Salt

Method

  1. Smash avocado with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  2. Melt butter over medium. Soft-scramble eggs 1-2 minutes.
  3. Spread avocado on the wrap; pile eggs.
  4. Sprinkle everything seasoning. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
