Ingredients

  • 1 (200g) Ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup, packed Fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Combine avocado, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, water, and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and pourable, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add more water 1 tbsp at a time if a thinner consistency is preferred.
  4. Taste and adjust salt or lime.
  5. Refrigerate in a jar up to 4 days. Use as salad dressing, taco drizzle, or veggie dip.
