- 3 Bacon strips
- 1 (28g) Cheddar slice
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- 2 Iceberg lettuce, large leaves
- 2 slices Tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Form beef into a thick patty; season generously with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the bacon strips around the patty edge, securing with a toothpick.
- Sear in a hot skillet 4-5 minutes per side until bacon is crisp and patty is medium.
- Top with cheddar in the last minute to melt.
