Ingredients
- 8 strips Bacon
- 8 oz (225g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (50g) Sharp cheddar, finely shredded
- 2 tbsp Butter, softened
- 1 Green onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble; reserve half for coating.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, cheddar, green onion, garlic powder, and pepper until combined.
- Fold in half the crumbled bacon. Chill 20 minutes to firm up.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Roll each in the reserved bacon crumbs.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
