  • 12 Bacon strips
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar
  • 2 tbsp, chopped Chives
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Line each cup with 2 bacon strips forming a circle.
  3. Crack an egg into each bacon cup.
  4. Top with cheddar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake 18-20 minutes until eggs are set. Top with chives.
