- 12 Bacon strips
- 6 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar
- 2 tbsp, chopped Chives
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Line each cup with 2 bacon strips forming a circle.
- Crack an egg into each bacon cup.
- Top with cheddar, salt, and pepper.
- Bake 18-20 minutes until eggs are set. Top with chives.
