  • 2 Cloud bread rounds
  • 3 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 Bacon strips, crisp and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Celery, finely diced
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Mix chopped eggs with mayo, dijon, chives, celery, and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
