Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 oz (60g) Cream cheese
  • 12 Bacon strips, cooked

Method

  1. Mash avocados with lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Mix in cream cheese for stability. Refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Roll into 12 balls (about 1 tbsp each).
  4. Wrap each ball with a slice of cooked bacon, secure with a toothpick.
  5. Serve chilled or briefly bake at 375°F for 5 minutes to warm the bacon.
