Ingredients
- 12 large Jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz (225g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar
- 12 Bacon slices
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Halve jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
