  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder

Method

  1. Preheat a mini waffle maker.
  2. Whisk egg in a bowl. Mix in mozzarella, almond flour, and baking powder.
  3. Pour half the batter into the waffle maker.
  4. Cook 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter. Use as bread, buns, or eat plain.
