- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Almond flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
Method
- Preheat a mini waffle maker.
- Whisk egg in a bowl. Mix in mozzarella, almond flour, and baking powder.
- Pour half the batter into the waffle maker.
- Cook 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Use as bread, buns, or eat plain.
