Ingredients

  • 8 (~2.5 lbs / 1.1kg) Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free BBQ sauce

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat thighs dry.
  2. Rub with oil, then with mixed spices. Place skin-side up on a rack-lined sheet.
  3. Roast 25 minutes. Brush generously with BBQ sauce.
  4. Roast another 8-10 minutes until skin crisps and internal reaches 175°F.
  5. Rest 5 minutes; brush with any remaining sauce and serve.
