Ingredients
- 8 (~2.5 lbs / 1.1kg) Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Sugar-free BBQ sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat thighs dry.
- Rub with oil, then with mixed spices. Place skin-side up on a rack-lined sheet.
- Roast 25 minutes. Brush generously with BBQ sauce.
- Roast another 8-10 minutes until skin crisps and internal reaches 175°F.
- Rest 5 minutes; brush with any remaining sauce and serve.
