  • 1 bun (2 halves) Almond flour bun
  • 4 oz (115g) Cooked pulled pork
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1/3 cup Coleslaw mix (cabbage)
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, slivered
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Toss pulled pork with BBQ sauce in a skillet over medium 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  2. Whisk mayo and vinegar; toss with cabbage, red onion, salt, and pepper for a quick slaw.
  3. Toast the bun. Pile pulled pork on the bottom; top with slaw and the lid.
  4. Serve immediately.
