- 1 bun (2 halves) Almond flour bun
- 4 oz (115g) Cooked pulled pork
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup Coleslaw mix (cabbage)
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Red onion, slivered
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Toss pulled pork with BBQ sauce in a skillet over medium 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Whisk mayo and vinegar; toss with cabbage, red onion, salt, and pepper for a quick slaw.
- Toast the bun. Pile pulled pork on the bottom; top with slaw and the lid.
- Serve immediately.
