Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Ground beef
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 slices American or cheddar cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup Dill pickles, diced
- 2 tbsp Onion, diced
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Dill pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Mix special sauce: combine mayo, mustard, pickle juice, and paprika.
- Divide lettuce among bowls. Top with warm beef.
- Add cheese, diced pickles, and onion.
- Drizzle with special sauce. Toss and serve.
