  • 1 lb (450g) Ground beef
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 slices American or cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup Dill pickles, diced
  • 2 tbsp Onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  2. Mix special sauce: combine mayo, mustard, pickle juice, and paprika.
  3. Divide lettuce among bowls. Top with warm beef.
  4. Add cheese, diced pickles, and onion.
  5. Drizzle with special sauce. Toss and serve.
