  • 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
  • 5 slices (2.5 oz / 70g) Black Forest ham
  • 1 slice (28g) Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-free honey mustard
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise

Method

  1. Slice the sub roll. Spread honey mustard and mayo on both halves.
  2. Layer ham generously; top with Swiss.
  3. Add lettuce and tomato.
  4. Close and slice on the bias.
