- 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
- 5 slices (2.5 oz / 70g) Black Forest ham
- 1 slice (28g) Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
- 2 slices Tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp Sugar-free honey mustard
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
Method
- Slice the sub roll. Spread honey mustard and mayo on both halves.
- Layer ham generously; top with Swiss.
- Add lettuce and tomato.
- Close and slice on the bias.
