Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz each) Cod fillets
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 6 Cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp Butter
Method
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper. Rub on cod.
- Sear in butter over high heat 3-4 minutes per side.
- Mix avocado, tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
- Plate cod, top with avocado salsa.
- Serve immediately.
