Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz each) Cod fillets
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Method

  1. Mix paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt and pepper. Rub on cod.
  2. Sear in butter over high heat 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Mix avocado, tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Plate cod, top with avocado salsa.
  5. Serve immediately.
