Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Breakfast sausage
  • 8 Large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced
  • to taste Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet, breaking into crumbles. Add veggies, cook 3 minutes.
  3. Spread sausage mixture in the baking dish.
  4. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over sausage.
  5. Top with cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes until set. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
