Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Breakfast sausage
- 8 Large eggs
- 1/3 cup Heavy cream
- 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup Spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion, diced
- to taste Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Brown sausage in a skillet, breaking into crumbles. Add veggies, cook 3 minutes.
- Spread sausage mixture in the baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over sausage.
- Top with cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes until set. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
